Mark and Tanya: Mark and I are having fun learning the ropes of parenthood. Maysie is getting to be such a little character. She keeps us very busy and I'm thinking it's only going to get busier! We are so very grateful that she found us.

6/2011 We're going to pick out a fishy or two at the feed store tomorrow for Miss Maysie. So I asked her what kind of fishy she wanted to get and she says,"How 'bout......a MERMAID!" I had to tell her that they didn't carry mermaids. So her second choice was "a Nemo fish and his daddy, but not the big, scary monster fish with long teeth." Oh, I LOVE her!

Maysie's cousins, (boy cousins) were over the other night. Maysie comes out of her room all upset and says," Mommy they fighting with my spatulas!"
Maysie was trying to move a huge boulder the other day. "It's too big mommy, you help me pick it up. "I can't Maysie, it's too big for mommy too. Maysie: "How bout Daddy pick it up? Daddy really big and strong"
